Return & Refund Policy

At Serpent’s Choice, we stand behind every product we offer. Quality, authenticity, and customer satisfaction are at the core of what we do — but let’s be real: things happen. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges when life throws a curveball.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or completely wrong compared to what you ordered. If that happens, don’t trip — we’ll make it right.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
Buyer’s remorse ("I changed my mind" or "I ordered the wrong thing").
Items damaged after delivery (misuse, accidents, etc.).
Sale items, limited drops, or special collaborations (all sales final unless stated otherwise).
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product shows up looking like it went through a war zone, here’s what to do:
Email us within 3 days of delivery at corrosive@serpentschoice.shop.
Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a quick explanation.
Keep all original packaging until we sort it out.
If approved, we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund — at our discretion.
3. Wrong Items Sent
We triple-check orders, but if we accidentally send you the wrong item:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include photos of what you received and your order details.
We’ll cover return shipping and either send the correct item or refund you.
4. Returns Process
If a return is approved, here’s how it works:
We’ll send you return instructions (you must follow them exactly).
Item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Important:
We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
5. Shipping Costs
If the error is on us (wrong item, damaged product), we cover all shipping.
If the return is for any other reason (rare exceptions), you’ll cover the return shipping.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take additional days for the money to show.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer traditional item-for-item exchanges.
If you want a different size, color, or item, you’ll need to place a new order after your refund is processed.
8. Final Sale Items
Some things — like limited drops, collabs, clearance, or heavily discounted items — are non-returnable and non-refundable. We’ll always make that clear before you check out.
